Native tree, shrub sale continues through Aug. 31

The Penn State Extension Master Watershed Steward program of Westmoreland, Indiana and Armstrong counties is accepting orders for its annual native tree and shrub sale.

HighLife Band to play free concert Aug. 30

Concordia at Cabot Haven Apartments will host a free concert and information session Aug. 30 in the Haven I dining room, 112 Marwood Road, entrance 2A.

A complimentary meal and seminar, “The Perfect Time to Move: Invest in Your Future,” will be at 5 pm. and the HighLife Band will perform at 6 p.m.

Donations sought to finance pavilion at Saxonburg library

South Butler Community Library and Saxonburg Area Rotary Club are partnering to build a large pavilion behind the library, 240 W. Main St., Saxonburg.
